Tissue Culture Operating Lab
Chi Yueh uses modern technology to simulate the temperature and humidity conditions for orchids' native environment. Through the intelligent control system, light, temperature, and humidity are adjusted to ensure the healthy growth of orchids. Our state-of-the-art greenhouses occupy 40,000 square meters and they not only promote efficient propagation of orchids, but also improve the quality of plants and the quantity of varieties to make it an ideal place for orchid research and cultivation.
Tissue Culture Preparation Area
To make sure everything is clean before entering the lab, Chi Yueh has set a specific area for preparing what flask needs. Not only the facilities but also things for cultivation are specialized for Phalaenopsis.
Flask Storage
(Mother Flask/Mid-Mother Flask/ Son Flask)
For offering high quality seedlings for later transplant and cultivation, Chi Yueh builds up an environment with constant light, temperature, and humidity to ensure flask to grow up healthily under a completely clean and aseptic environment.
Greenhouse/ Nursery
Greenhouses in Chi Yueh are professional and specifically designed for exporting orchid plants to various countries with qualified certifications, such as USA, Canada, Australia, Korea, and the European Union. These greenhouses are equipped with advanced environmental controlling systems to maintain the health and the quality of plants during the transportation and also prevent from diseases and pests.
Repotting Area/ Moss Processing Area
The repotting area is the area only for orchid repotting with a suitable environment and proper tools to ensure that the roots are adequately taken care and grow healthily.
The moss processing area mainly purifies and disinfect moss to be free from bacteria during the process of transplanting and also prevents diseases from spreading to maintain the quality of plants' growth.
Cooling Room
Cooling Rooms in Chi Yueh are equipped with precise temperature-controlling systems to keep appropriate temperature for orchids' dormacy and growth and to help plants grow well in different stages.
Pre-cooling Packaging area
In this area, orchid plants are pre-cooled to lower their temperature to reduce the stress and the damage during the transportation, and maintain optimal quality and freshness while arriving at all the destinations.
Office
Among all the facilities, the center of the administration and management is the office. The office is primarily responsible for the daily operations, the record keeping, the coordination, and the customer service. This is the core center for decision making, orders handling, and mutual communication. The team in the office supports the whole process of cultivation and sales by making sure every single detail on the accurate track.
